Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Nothing is shipped
ZYR Assistant is software. I don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.
2. How you get it
- Your plan is linked to your ZYR Assistant account. Once checkout opens, a paid plan will be active as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within minutes. It shows on your dashboard, where you get the activation key you paste into the app.
- The Windows app is installed with a small setup program. During installation it fetches Python and its libraries from their official sources (python.org and PyPI).
- The Android app is installed as an APK and keeps itself up to date.
- Receipts. Once payments start, I will email a receipt for every payment to your account's email address. The payment provider may also send its own.
3. Delivery time
Access normally starts straight after payment. If your plan doesn't show as active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to zyr.agent@proton.me with the payment reference. If I can't activate it, I will refund the payment in full (see the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy).
4. Where it is available
ZYR Assistant is offered to people in India.
- The Windows app needs Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a microphone and an internet connection.
- The Android app needs Android 8 or newer.
